I’m X-Secular

 

Verse 1

You need to get your mind straight when you’re looking at God’s Word (Proverbs 8:8-9) 

because it is infallible (2 Samuel 22:31, 2 Timothy 3:16-17), 

God is perfect (Deuteronomy 32:4); and man is not (Psalm 116:11, Romans 3:23), 

so why would we trust man’s ideas over God’s (Isiah 2:22)?

 

Chorus

You need to start your thinking with God’s Word (Proverbs 9:10) and stop taking man’s ideas to the Bible (2 Peter 2:1, 3:16)

Then you’ll be standing on the right foundation to look at the world (Ephesians 2:20)

You need to remove the false ideas like the ‘millions of years’ and evolution (Acts 17:16-18[1]; Romans 1:18-23)

Then you will truly know what it’s like to become:

             X-Secular (Colossians 3:10)

 

Verse 2

You can either trust the Bible’s flood (Genesis 6-8, Matthew 24:38-39, 2 Peter 2:5) 

or you can trust man’s ideas 

about ‘millions of years’ (2 Peter 3:4)

But you can’t have the geologic layers as a confirmation of them both.

You need to stop trusting imperfect man’s ideas about the past like Big Bang (Psalm 118:8).

God was there and He eye witnessed it (Isaiah 46:10, 57:15; Acts 15:18) and His Word is perfect (Psalm 18:30).

Why trust imperfect men’s account of the past, when they weren’t even there (Romans 5:12).

It’s time to get false ideas out of your head – challenge things like Big Bang and pond scum-to-people evolution that have been forced on you (Colossians 2:8).

It’s time to get back to God’s Word (Joel 2:13).  I invite you to become: X-Secular
